Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Please note we only ship to UK addresses at the moment & all prices and payments are charged in UK Pounds. VAT at the standard rate is added during the checkout process.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation email. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price that is higher than shown on the web site, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We will not contact you if the price is lower than on the web site as we assume this will always be acceptable to customers.

If an item is ordered that is out of stock, then we will contact you with a date when the item will be available. If this is greater than one week, you are entitled to have a refund of the costs for this item if you choose to cancel it. We will then contact you again when it becomes available.
Shipping And Delivery All items will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery unless you require Special (Next Day) Delivery & will require a signature on delivery. We will normally dispartch your order within 2 business days. Please add on normal Royal Mail delivery times.
Tax Charges VAT at the standard rate is added during the checkout process.

Returns Policy Postal returns

We will replace any damaged or defective goods within 14 days of receipt of the items. However, you should ring us or email us to notify us of the problem prior to returning them. Pack the item securely, & address it to 53 High Street, Swanage, Dorset, BH19 2LT, along with your name & the reason for returm. We recommend you send the goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for losses of goods in the post.

In the interests of hygiene, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:-

earrings or other pierced jewellery - we are unable to refund or exchange any earrings or pierced jewellery.

In the event, that items have been sent which are different to those ordered, please ring or email to discuss the problems prior to sending them.

If there is nothing wrong with the item purchased, but you have changed your mind on whether you want it, please ring to discuss return options. Should we agree to returning the item or exchange/refund then we will ask you to cover the return postage charges (see packing details above) & any credit card fees that we will be charged.
